запрос в SACHS:

I need to upgrade my clutch system on my AUDI Q5 8R (2014 model year)
Technical data:

Engine CNCD (2.0 TFSI quattro, 165 kW / 224 HP)
Gearbox PJC (Manual Transmission, 6-speed)
Standart (VAG) clutch partnumbers:
Clutch Pressure Plate = VAG 0B2141117A
Clutch Disc = VAG 0B1141031L
Releaser = VAG 0B4198165
I use my car every day, because of this I want to get light upgrade of clutch system.
Can I order sachsperformance clutch cover, and standart disk and flywheel?
If it is possible what standart disk should I use?
If not, please recomend to me clutch kit for my car.
Should I order Clutch Release Bearing from sachsperfomance or it can be standart?
Can You ship packege to Russia? How much does shipping costs?

Dear Sergey,

thanks for your inquiry for a ZF Race Engineering SACHS Performance clutch.

In response to your email:

Unfortunately, I can't decode original part numbers to Sachs Performance numbers, because
the Sachs Performance clutch is a complete different designed clutch as the original one.

Your car had been fitted by the factory with two different flywheels - a ZF Sachs version and a LUK
version. These both flywheels have their own clucth - these aren't interchangable.
So, I would need to know what flywheel is inside your car. This question can only be answered by your
local Audi garage. We don't have access to the Audi factory programms...

For both versions, we offer complete Sachs Performance kits. Because these are a designed as a
replacement for the self-adjusting clutches from factory, it isn't possible to change only one part
of it in addiction with a factory part. Sorry, but you've to change the clutch cover AND the clutch disk.
But if we knew the type of flywheel, we can find for you the right kit.

We strictly recommend to change the release bearing every time you replace the clutch. You can use our
Performance release bearing or a stock one, they are made to the same specifications. Not to replace the release bearing would cause
in a failure after a few hundred or thousand kilometers...

We ship worldwide with UPS. Because Russia isn't the smalles country, there is a wide range of shipping
costs. Bigger cities like Moscow or St. Petersburg will be shipped for 70€, but outer regions my be much more
expensive. If you send us your complöete adress including the ZIP-code, I can calculate a shipping quote.

маховик и выжимной можно оставить стандартные.
ну и есть 2 разных набора (в зависимости производителя маховика)

As far as I understand, I can install standart flywheel, standart release bearing and Sachs Performance kit (clutch cover + the clutch disk).

Can you tell me both options:

- Sachs Performance kit (clutch cover + the clutch disk) part number and pice

2. If I use SACHS standart flywheel:

на данный момент пробег ~85200. Все работает хорошо. Меня устраивает.
Педалька стала немного по-жёсче (мне кажется совсем на чуточку, но когда на подъемник загоняли, чел заглох пару раз и сказал, что очень жесткое)
Несколько раз поджаривал (в основном, когда аккуратно на высокий бордюр заползаю), пованивает немного... наблюдаем дальше ))
